The team

Cédric CADIERGUES Co-Director and Art Director

Cédric, long hair and beard, is the creative force. What makes him want to work with pixels? The actual pixels. He started by checking out games like "Mario," "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles," and "Kirby's Dream Adventures" on his NES, and said, "Cool!  I want that too!" After several all-nighters stuffing his eyeballs with 3DS Max 3, he figured it would be fun to team up with others who also make pixels.

Degree in pocket, he achieved his childhood dream and entered the world of video games. That's when he met the other guy there, just below. After a few projects as part of other teams, he thought, "But that's not what it's all about."

So they made the decision to take to their wings (yeah, yeah, with the other guy, just down there) and created Upper Byte.

Camille MASSON Co-Director and Technical Director

Camille is like Obelix, except he fell into code when he was a kid. His first program? A game about a robot moving on platforms on his sister’s TI89. It was magic, lame, and really ugly. The path to programming success promised to be long and arduous.

One degree, a few barbaric programs, and several console generations later, and he achieved his childhood dream and entered the world of video games. That's when he met the other guy there, just above. After a few projects as part of other teams, he thought, "But that's not what it's all about."

So they made the decision to take to their wings (yeah, yeah, with the other guy, just up there) and created Upper Byte.

George Our Buddy and Our Bro

George is the savior. Thanks to him the studio operates 24/7. And also thanks to him, the two guys up there are managing to get up every morning and stay awake every evening. He's extremely obliging (he can't still look out for himself, though) and, above all, he's always there when needed, and that's why we adore our friend George!
